| Video Discription | Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is one of my go to recipes for a busy weekday dinner. Enjoy on a warm Tortilla with your favorite toppings! Easy Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas Ingredients: Chicken Breast – 1 Fajita Seasoning – 1 packet (store-bought) Green Pepper – 1/2 medium Red Pepper – 1/2 medium Yellow Pepper – 1/2 medium Onion – 1 medium Olive oil – 2 Tbsp and to spray in the basket Instructions: 1. Preheat Air Fryer at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes 2. Wash and pat dry chicken breast 3. Cut the chicken breast in equal sizes for even cooking (thin strips) 4. Cut red, green, yellow bell peppers, and onion into thin strips 5. Place chicken and vegetables in a bowl and add fajita seasoning and mix well 6. Oil the basket 7. Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in single layer. Air fry in batches if needed. In this video, it was done in two batches 8. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes and spray more oil if needed 9. When cooking time completes, remove 1st batch and add 2nd batch and air fry for 12 minutes 10. After 10 minutes, add 1st batch back in with 2nd batch and continue to air fry for 2 minutes 11. Enjoy on warm tortilla with your favorite toppings!
