| Video Discription | Easy chicken fajitas on the Blackstone griddle. Fresh with south of the border seasoned fresh chicken, fresh peppers, onions and cilantro between warmed flour tortillas. Ole!!! Shopping List: 1 Lb. fresh chicken tenderloins 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper ½ thinly sliced red onion 1 tbls. minced garlic Juice of 2 limes or about 2 tbls. bottled real lime juice Kosher salt Course black pepper Olive oil Worcestershire sauce Flour tortillas Directions: Pre-slice the bell peppers and onions. Pre-slice the chicken tenderloins into thin strips about ¼ inch thick. Pre-heat the griddle on high. Squeeze some olive oil over the hot griddle surface and spread around with a spatula. Add the peppers and onions, give it a good sprinkle of Kosher salt, course black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice and sauté until softened. Give them a squirt of water and cover with a dome to help them steam. Add the chicken to the grill. Season with Kosher salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. Cook until cooked through. Place the tortillas onto the griddle for warming. This will not take long. Remove the chicken from the griddle onto a warmed fajita skillet and the veggies onto a warmed fajita plate. Sprinkle both with cilantro. Fill the warmed tortillas, scream ole, ole, ole ole ole and enjoy!
