| Video Discription | One of my favorite homemade topping for a steak or burger! This is the Chimichurri I made for my Chimichurri stuffed Burger! • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped • 1 shallot, diced • 1 Fresno Chili, diced • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced • juice of 2 limes • 1/4-1/3 cup of Red Wine Vinegar • 1/2-3/4 cup olive oil , add more as needed • salt and pepper Just mix it all together in a bowl, add more olive oil to get your desired consistency, then let it sit for 10-20 minutes minimum so the flavor can develop! #chimichurri #sauce #saucerecipe #steaksauce #chimichurrisauce #recipe #food #foodie #foodiegram #foodiesofinstagram |
