| Video Discription | Lemon garlic chicken | lemon garlic chicken recipe | easy lemon garlic chicken | lemon garlic chicken sauce | Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Cuisine: American Lemon chicken ingredients: To marinate the chicken • 2 chicken breast • 1 egg, beaten • 1 tsp soy sauce • ½ tsp black pepper powder • Salt to taste To pan-fry lemon chicken • 1 tsp oil + 1 tbsp butter Lemon chicken sauce • ¼ cup chicken broth or use normal water • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp lemon zest • ½ tsp cornflour To make lemon chicken • 1 tsp oil + 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp chopped garlic • 1 tsp grated ginger • 1 tsp red pepper flakes • 2 tbsp cilantro (coriander leaves), finely chopped Step by step instructions to make lemon garlic chicken 1. Flatten the chicken breast by patting it gently with a rolling pin. 2. Marinate it with the ingredients given in the ingredient list. Set it aside for an hour in the refrigerator. 3. Pan-fry the marinated chicken until golden on both sides. Set it aside. 4. Prepare the lemon chicken sauce. 5. Heat oil & butter. Sauté garlic, ginger & red pepper flakes for a minute. 6. Add the prepared sauce & cook until the sauce thickens. 7. Sprinkle some cilantro (coriander leaves) 8. Add the pan-roasted chicken & let it cook in the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes. 9.
