| Video Discription | This very easy quick dessert is perfect camp food, travels well, is simple to make and yummy to eat. The ingredients mix together inside the little pie to provide a wonderful flavour that the kids will enjoy eating and helping you make. INGREDIENTS: 8 chocolate buddies 20 grams cream cheese 12 mini marshmallows 1 sheet of puff pastry 70 grams banana raw sugar to sprinkle 1 beaten egg. METHOD: Cut the pastry into 4 and place a slice of banana, 2 choc buddies, 4 marshmallows and 5 grams of cream cheese in the centre. Roll up like a parcel pinch the edges to seal and squeeze together in a torpedo shape. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake in 180 degrees celsius oven for 15 minutes until puffed and golden and serve warm, on their own or with custard, cream of ice cream. Great after school snacks and perfect lunchbox food.
