| Video Discription | Is a stir-fry vegetable American Chinese dish. It is loaded with vegetables, topped with seared chicken breast and chicken liver with a thick sauce. Chop sue is very popular here in the Philippines, it’s always served during celebrations like feasts, birthdays, baptisms and other special occasions. It is best served with a freshly steamed rice. Ingredients: 1 pc of chicken breast 4 pcs of chicken liver 60g of broccoli 80g of cauliflower 80g of snow peas 110g of green bell pepper 60g of red bell pepper 110g of carrot 4 cloves of garlic 1 medium red onion 3/4 cup of chicken stock 2 tbsp of oyster sauce 1 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of ground pepper 4 tsp of cornstarch slurry (1tbsp of cornstarch & 3 tbsp of water) 100g of cabbage 10 pcs quail eggs 1/2 tsp of sesame oil (optional) Enjoy watching & happy cooking!
