| Video Discription | On Monday 8 July, the General Synod of the Church of England voted to proceed with blessings for same-sex couples and to explore allowing clergy to enter same-sex civil marriages and engage in homosexual sexual activity. Rebecca Bensted of the Christian Legal Centre, who is a Church of England Synod member, highlights the 'new orthodoxy' that bishops are introducing which violates the Church's own canons and the very word of God. The Anglican church is trying to get around its formularies and canons with measures such as 'Differentiated Disapplication of Discipline' for those practising a homosexual lifestyle. Please pray that Bible-believing church leaders will be successful in protecting their sheep from being led astray by this false doctrine, and that they will unite behind the biblical doctrine of marriage between one man and one woman.
