| Video Discription | Çiğ köfte (Pronounced chee kofta) is a dish that is a regional specialty of Şanlıurfa and Adıyaman in southeastern Turkey served as an appetizer or meze. This recipe is VEGAN & DAIRY-FREE. No NEED to KNEAD this recipe by hand. Recipe: •60g onion cut in half •3-4 cloves of garlic •80 g tomato cut in half •3 table spoons sweet paprika •3-4 table spoons isot •1-2 tea spoon salt •3 tea spoons sumac •2 tea spoon cumin •1/8 tea spoon black pepper •65g pepper paste •40 g tomato paste •65 g olive oil •20 g pomegranate molasses •1 tea spoon lemon juice •2 teaspoon sugar •220 g water •300 g extra fine bulgur Once complete, you can add chopped parsley into this mixture (optional). Let the mixture cool down for 20-30 minutes. Use your hands to shape it into the desired shape. |
