The partnership comes as a part of a recent franchise agreement between the City and SDG&E to foster collaboration and make the benefits of trees available to all communities in San Diego. As part of the agreement, SDG&E is funding the planting and the City will water and maintain the new trees to ensure they take root and grow. |
