Nugent to 37 months imprisonment and ordered to pay $1,259,390.66 in restitution after Precht plead guilty in March to a 28-count indictment. The indictment charged Precht, a Kent native, with theft of government property, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and honest services fraud, wire fraud, and false statements relating to health care matters.
