We’re sure Hello Kitty and friends are baking up sweet treats for him this month and we’re going to do the same! Today we’re going to show you how to bake yummy Keroppi macarons. Subscribe to the channel for new weekly videos: http://bit.ly/HelloKittyFriends Materials Needed 3 egg whites ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar ⅓ cup ultrafine sugar Green food coloring ⅓ cup almond flour ⅓ cup powdered sugar Buttercream icing Hand mixer Large bowl Parchment paper Tray Piping bag with large round tip Spatula White and pink fondant Food decorating marker (01:02) Step 1: Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add ⅓ of the ultrafine sugar and beat for 5 more seconds. Repeat this process 2 more times. (01:45) Step 2: Fold your green food coloring into the egg whites. Mix the almond flour and powdered sugar together in a separate bowl, then slowly fold it into the egg whites. (00:00) Step 3: Pour the batter into the piping bag and pipe rounds of batter onto your parchment paper. Drop the tray onto the counter a few times to release any bubbles. Wait at least 30 minutes to bake the macarons, then bake for 13 minutes at 375 degrees. (03:10) Step 3: Roll out Keroppi’s eyes and blush out of fondant. Draw his pupils and mouth with your marker. (03:45) Step 4: Use a piping bag to add a dollop of icing to the bottom macaron. Add them together to complete your macaron!
