John All Good provided a detailed narrative of the events on July 3rd and 4th when he and Daisy, known as the Venice Healer, were arrested following a protest outside the courthouse over Daisy's child custody case. The protest, intended to promote messages of love and unity and address family conflict resolution, escalated after police mistakenly believed John was carrying a weapon due to a locked container on his motorcycle.
Despite clarifying that the container was locked and contained no ammunition, police detained both John and Daisy. John described the police response as excessive, noting the deployment of high-precision non-lethal weapons. He expressed appreciation for the officers' tactical skills but criticized the flawed communication that led to their aggressive approach.
John was charged with "2800(A) VC - Failure to Obey a Peace Officer," reflecting the circumstances leading to his confrontation with law enforcement. After being hit with a non-lethal round and subsequently taken to the hospital against his will, John was released on minor charges within 24 hours.
Daisy, however, faces more severe repercussions. She was charged with "29800(A)1 PC - Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon/Addict/etc," which has significantly complicated her legal situation. As a result, Daisy remains in custody, dealing with serious legal challenges.
In response to these events, John has emphasized the need for a reassessment of police protocols and enhanced community support to tackle such issues. A GoFundMe page has been established to assist with Daisy's legal expenses, and John urges the public to contribute: at https://gofund.me/9612fe58.
