| Video Discription | Cream Cheese Danish 2 tubes crescent dough sheets 2 - 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided 1 egg, separated 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Press 1 sheet of crescent dough into the bottom of the dish. Using a mixer, blend cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread this over the crescent sheet. Place the second sheet of crescent dough on top of the filling mix. With a fork, whisk the egg white. Brush some (not all) of the egg white on the top layer of crescent dough. Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Note: You can eat this warm as soon as it comes out of the oven. My preference, however, is to chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before cutting and serving.
