| Video Discription | Jalebi, also known as Zulbia, is a sweet popular in countries of South Asia, West Asia, North Africa, and East Africa Jalebi making is an art and the reward you get at the end of it is sweet – quite literally! The crisp sugary spirals taste brilliant served piping hot along with chilled rabdi. Traditionally a muslin cloth with a hole in it is used to make the spirals in hot oil, but using a squeezy bottle makes it much simpler. Ingredients: 2 cups All purpose flour (maida) 1/4th tsp baking powder 11/4th cups warm water 1/2 tsp saffron threads, slowly dry-roasted and powdered 3 cups sugar 22/3rd cups water 1/2 tsp green cardamom seeds powder 3/4 urad dal Ghee or vegetable oil for frying My channel is all about my unique dishes.
