CSKA began two decades of decline during the 1990s though, culminating in the club's expulsion from Bulgaria's top flight in 2015, and liquidation in 2016. In the four years since, two clubs - PFC CSKA Sofia and FC CSKA 1948 Sofia have been fighting for the identity, history, and heritage of the original CSKA Sofia. In this short documentary, HITC Sevens takes a look at the collapse of CSKA Sofia and how the rival between CSKA and 1948 came into being. |
