A big difference that no one talks about is that in Italy very often you have "ferie" which is kind of the equivalent of days off, but they’re set by the gov like public holidays and also, there are periods when the company shuts down completely and lets everyone go on holiday. And this something that doesnt exist in UK UK: people start working at a younger age, everything is very well-organised, you know how many holidays per year you have, benefits, etc 6.
