| Video Discription | Hi friends, °.•☆•.° Today I wanted to take you through Cj’s and my experience making our custom engagement ring! A topic with many views, but here’s our story in case some of you are wondering about the process! In this video I go over my BIGGEST TIP! Which is to TRY ON RINGS IN STORE! Pinterest is great for inspiration but I will say my mind changed when I tried things on in store. Cj and I decided to go with a custom design because I fell in love with a design I tried on instore but wasn't completely happy with the side profile, and so we checked out the cost of a custom mount and found out it was mostly the center diamond that affected the cost! So having our best life we went with the custom route and made my dream ring with all the details I Wanted. You will see the computer rendering of the ring the jeweller made for us and how easy it was to request changes! I will also go over our jewelers turnaround time from when we started with the first appointment to when Cj was able to pick up the ring. Bonus CIip at the end of the video is an interview with Cj on his side of the experience and how he felt with the “untraditional” way of finding our engagement ring.
