| Video Discription | Rajasthan ki famous aur paaramparik Dal Bati ki recipe :) INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE : ===== बाफ़ला बाटी ===== आटा - २ कप नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन – १/२ छोटा चम्मच धनिया दाना (दरदरा) - १ छोटा चम्मच देशी घी - ४ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार मीठा सोडा - २ चुटकी ===== दाल ===== मूंग दाल – १/२ कप चना दाल - १ चम्मच नमक - १ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर – १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच देशी घी - २ चम्मच लहसुन - ५ से ७ किलयां हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई अदरक - १ इन्च जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला – १/४ छोटा चम्मच धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए) ===== Bafla Bati ===== Wheat flour – 2 cup Salt – ½ tsp Ajwain – ½ tsp Coriander seeds (ground) – 1 tsp Desi Ghee – 4 table spoon + to fry Baking Soda – 2 pinch ===== Dal ===== Mung bean (split) – ½ cup Split Chickpea – 1 table spoon Salt – 1 + ¼ tsp Turmeric powder – ½ + ¼ tsp Desi Ghee – 2 table spoon Garlic – 5 to 7 cloves Green Chilli – 1, chopped Ginger – 1 inch Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Dried Red Chilli – 1, whole Onion (medium size) – 1, finely chopped Tomato (big size) – 1, finely chopped Coriander seeds powder – 1 tsp Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala – ¼ tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) |
