Along the way, he meets a woman named Shailu, played by Sakshi Shivanand, and falls in love with her. However, their love story is not easy as Shailu is also pursued by the gangster's son. The film features a strong cast with Nandamuri Harikrishna playing the titular character of Seetharama Raju, Nagarjuna Akkineni playing the role of the police officer, and Sakshi Shivanand and Sanghavi playing the female leads. The film's music, composed by M.M. Keeravani. Seetharama Raju was a commercial success and received critical acclaim for its storyline, performances, and music.
