| Video Discription | Working with a local contractor who discovered us while he was picking some things up and seen our trailer. He reached out to us. He informed us of the job he was doing and asked for a quote. We showed up on Monday for a quote and started the job on Wednesday morning, it was a big job lesson we learned construction debris can be very deceiving. It was a mountain of basically inside of a house demolished I quoted the job for two full loads. It turned out to be three loads. Contractor, was not happy, but at the end of the day, I’m the boss I control what I do, so we had to charge him extra for the third load something I learned don’t be afraid to get that money or charge more money especially if you’re doing all the labor and work it was almost a 4 ton job of heavy duty construction debris lesson was take your time to quote a job like this and make sure you know what is there and what’s underneath the pile especially when you see multi materials such as metals, wood drywall and cabinets and marble granite tops that were crushed underneath the pile. We learned a lot and hopefully will land more jobs with this contractor and keep it going. It was definitely a challenge for me and my wife, but we made it happen.
