Then you should practice meditation. In general we have a restless mind. When we meditate, the mind jumps from one thought to another. Sometimes we regret what we have done in the past or sometimes we think about the future. It is very hard to keep our mind in one place. Thatโs the nature of our mind. When your mind is distracted, slowly take back to the meditation. Practice this continuously. When we meditate we develop four qualities.
