Ravi Shankar, the late Ali Akhbar Khan Sahib, Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, the late Pt. Lal Mani Mishra and others. Previous generations of the family have included respected musicians such as the late Pt. Bachou Mishra (sarangi), the late Pt. Navaratan Mishra (sarangi) and the late Pt. Banshi Maharaj. Approach: Dhananjay Mishra has developed a unique style and sound under the guidance of his Guruji Chotte Lal Mishra. This pure style is inspired by Chotte Lal's legendary Guruji, the late Pt.
