I am starting a keto diet and wanted to share my experience with you. I've decided to do this fitness journey in the hopes to lose weight. I sit down and chat why I want to do keto and what inspired me. My goal is to lose 5kgs, then 10kgs and then my overall goal weight would be 54.1kgs. My current weight is 69.1 kgs In this sit down/vlog style video, I show me going to the grocery store to pick up keto style foods, I also show me cooking keto meals, and also meal prepping. I also do taste tests of the foods that I'm making including: fake 'bread' aka cloud bread, cheese chips, etc. I also make sweet keto desserts like fat bombs, dark choc cupcakes and a delicious choc fudge cake. During this video I also test my ketone levels by using ketosis strips. I also include progress shots and statistics so we can track how I am going. Thanks for watching. |
