I took advantage of market hype, specifically around AI, and sold a stock at a 200% gain. This gave me over $18k of cash to redeploy and buy new stocks. I used that, along with new capital, to buy over $20k worth of investments. This was in a high quality dividend growth stock which I plan to own well into the future. In today’s video, I’m going to explain why I sold, what I bought, and the overarching logic which helped me reach that decision.
