Try out this Doughnut Cheese Burger Recipe and share your feedback with us. #DonutBurger #Burger #SooperChef Doughnut Burger Ingredients for Sauce: Mayonnaise 1 ½ cup Honey dijon mustard 1 tbsp Ketchup 2 tbsp Hot sauce 1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Iceberg 1/4 cup Onion (chopped) 3 tbsp Cucumber pickle (chopped) 3 tbsp Ingredients for Donut: Warm milk 210 ml Yeast 2 tsp Egg 1 Butter 3 tbsp Castor sugar 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp All-purpose flour 3 ½ cups Oil (for frying) as required Ingredients for Assembling: K&N’s Burger Patties 1070 g (1) Donut 1 Cheddar Cheese slice as required Onion rings as required Tomatoes (Sliced) as required Sauce as required Lettuce leaves as required Directions for Sauce Preparation: 1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, honey Dijon mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, lemon juice, lettuce leaves, onion and pickle cucumber. Mix all the ingredients well and your sauce is ready. Directions for Donuts Preparation: 2. In a glass add warm milk, sugar, egg and yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. 3. In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast mixture, butter and mix them well. Knead and form a shaggy dough ball. 4. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 30-35 minutes near warm place or until double in size. 5. Take the dough and knead it again for 2-3 minutes. Now divide it into 8 equal parts. Lightly flatten the dough, make a hole in the center and give it a donut shape. 6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before frying. 7. Heat oil on a frying pan and fry the donuts on medium low flame until light golden in color. Take off flame and set aside. Directions for Assembling: 8. Prepare K&N’s Burger Patties as per instructions on the pack, set aside. 9. Take a donut and cut it in half and spread sauce on it, place K&N’s Burger Patty and top it with Onion rings, Tomato slices, cheddar cheese slice, lettuce. Apply sauce on the other half of donut and place on top. Your Donut Burger is ready. Preparation time: 20 mins Cooking time: 15-20 mins Serving: 3-4 |
