If you like this video please don’t forget to like, share and subscribe! We stayed at this hotel during December 2021 and it was a truly memorable experience, aesthetically the interior is stunning and the service we received from the staff was exceptional - Especially from Lopchan in the security team and George in the housekeeping team. This hotel features an indoor pool, an outdoor infinity pool, and a lazy river too! The gym is located on the 14th floor and offers outstanding views of the Dubai skyline and Palm. During our stay we opted to stay in the superior studio which was a comfortable and spacious studio with a fully equipped kitchen. Our room had wonderful partial views of the palm. The breakfast this hotel supplies is mouthwatering, they provide a continental breakfast, pastries and a range of international cuisine options too. The hotel also features a beach club called ULA, we believe this has recently been launched and it was exceptional. The food was delicious and there were some great views of the sea and skyline from the beach club. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel! The location is brilliant, the staff and the hotel facilities are second to none. This hotel really is a hidden gem & their motto of “British Charm” really does shine through!
