| Video Discription | Honey Garlic Chicken 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder In a pan on med/high heat, sear thighs on both sides until golden brown. Once cooked through (about 10-12 min), add 5 minced garlic cloves to centre of pan. Once it has become fragrant (about 30 sec) we'll add the honey garlic sauce. Honey Garlic Sauce: 1Tbs soy sauce 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar 1/3 Honey 1Tbs chili garlic sauce Let this simmer for about 3-4 min so the sauce thickens. Make sure to flip chicken to coat evenly. Serve over rice and with your favourite vegetable! |
