Always Pan: https://go.magik.ly/ml/1b8py/ Perfect Pot: https://go.magik.ly/ml/1b8q5/ Chicken noodle soup: INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion, diced 1-2T minced garlic 1 1/2 pounds of bone in chicken thighs (no skin) Carton of chicken broth or stock ( 6 cups) 1/2 cup water 4 carrots chopped 3 stalks celery, diced 7 ounces egg noodles (or pasta of choice) 2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley ( I used jar because I was out of fresh) 1 tablespoon rosemary and 1 tablespoon thyme or use 2 Tablespoons of Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1teaspoon pepper INSTRUCTIONS add butter, onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until slightly softened. Add garlic and cook stirring for 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken, chicken broth, water, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for an hour or until chicken is cooked through remove the chicken and shred. Bring soup to a boil and add egg noodles. Boil until noodles are tender. When the pasta is tender stir the meat into the soup. Taste for salt and pepper and season accordingly. Enjoy!! Fall tortellini pasta: INGREDIENTS 1 pack of cheese stuffed tortellini 1 medium onion chopped 1 pound of ground beef 1T minced garlic 1 jar of Pumpkin and butternut squash pasta sauce INSTRUCTIONS Boil water and follow instructions to cook tortellini Add 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil and cook onion until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add beef and and cook until no more pink. Season beef with salt and pepper before draining. Add beef back in pan with pasta sauce and allow to come to a low boil and then turn down to cook for about 10 minutes. Then add cooked tortellini. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Serve with feta cheese on top! Enjoy!
