| Video Discription | Easy Breakfast Frittata Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, or vegetables, or in other words, a frittata is an omelet resembling a large pancake, containing vegetables, seasonings, and cheese. Enjoy making an easy & healthy frittata recipe for your family & friend. Recipe for Breakfast Frittata, Ingredients: 6 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional) 2 tbsp oil optional, red chili flakes - 1/4 tsp 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 strips of bacon, chopped 1 cup onion, diced 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped 1 green chili chopped 2 cups spinach 1/2 cup cheese, shredded, cheddar, or any cheese of choice some chopped parsley or cilantro some shredded cheese PREPARATION In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and set aside.In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, if needed. cook bacon.Once fully cooked, take out the bacon and set it aside.Add onions to the same pan and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes, chopped green chili, and spinach, and cook for 1-2 minutes until spinach is slightly wilted. Add the bacon back into the pan. Blend together.Add the eggs and cheese into the pan.Give it a good stir, cover & cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat, or until the eggs look set in the middle.
