Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner. “Having CJI in all discussion is not the solution, we need to find a mechanism which will solve the problem of political interference,” says Namit Saxena, Advocate. "We need to broaden the election process so element of bias can be ruled out," says Adv Colin Gonsalves, Senior Advocate SC. "We need honest umpiring in Election Commission Of India," says Sanjay Hegde, Senior Advocate SC.
