Check out more terrific Kevin MacLeod music at his website: http://incompetech.com/ Roasted Edamame Snack ingredients: 10 oz frozen shelled EDAMAME (green soybeans) 1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL 1 tsp GARLIC POWDER SALT and PEPPER to taste ¼ cup shredded PARMESAN CHEESE directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix frozen edamame beans, oil, seasonings, and cheese together in a large bowl. Spread mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes and then remove from oven and stir. Spread edamame out again and cook another 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is crispy and golden. Add additional salt or garlic powder if desired. Eat as a quick snack or use as a topping for salads and whatnot. Enjoy! |
