| Video Discription | I’m super excited to share my new 6-Week Workout Program, Strength Bootcamp, starting July 15th! 💪 For the first two weeks, we’ll be focusing on foundational moves to build your strength and muscle. Here’s what you can expect: detailed workout videos with full instructions, each under 45 minutes. This program is designed to challenge and inspire you, with clear guidance on what to do from Monday to Friday. All you need are dumbbells, and if you have a bench and a step, even better! But don’t worry, we can make do without them if needed. For Week 1, Day 1, we’ll be tackling 6 exercises with 15 reps each, 3 sets, using medium-heavy dumbbells. What I loved about this workout was the superset of legs in the beginning. You get that done and the rest is about building sexy arms and abs. Rock the pushups everybody. And as a proud Lululemon ambassador, I’m wearing my #lululemon black tank, black shorts, and athletic shoes for this session. Their gear is incredibly comfortable and perfect for our intense workouts! Here’s the layout: 1. Goblet Squat 🏋️♀️ 2. Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) 🦵 3. Incline Push-ups 💪 4. Incline Bench Press 🏋️♀️ 5. Bent Over Row 🏋️ 6. Side Plank (30 seconds each side) 🤸♀️ 🔥 Tip: Consistency is key in strength training. It's not about how heavy you lift or how many reps you do in one session but showing up and giving your best each day. This program is designed to break the cycle of working out just to lose weight.
