Each of the course's six weeks opens with a TED-style talk from Institute director Dr. Maggie Little. This talk focuses on bioethics and the human body, with topics ranging from reconceptualizing and ethically understanding disability, to challenging the boundaries of what counts as human with genetic, pharmacologic, and surgical enhancement.
