This video is an attempt at mapping the evolution of Indian music and poetry from the beginning of recorded Indian history till the end of our freedom struggle. I am neither a historian nor a musician but take a keen interest in both Indian history and Indian culture. I do not claim the video to be an authority on the history of Indian music but I have tried my best to maintain historical accuracy.
