Grind the soaked chickpeas with green Chilli , garlic , onion , cumin powder ,Chilli powder, pepper, coriander leaves and required salt without adding water. Take some portion of the grinded chickpeas paste ,make it into a flattened round shape and Deep Fry the Falafel in the oil. Soak the basmati rice for half an hour. Add 3 tsp of oil into pan and fry the clove, cardamom, onion , garlic. Add Turmeric powder ,cumin powder, pepper powder and required salt. Add 3 cups of water and boil the water. Once the water boiled add the soaked basmati rice Cook the rice for 10 minutes in medium flame. Enjoy the delicious Falafel Over Rice with your favorite sauce. |
