Remember if you try this out, do it for the right reasons, and be careful, don't do it if you have a history of eating disorders, diabetes or other medical conditions, or if you are taking certain medications that require being taken with food, check with a doctor before. It's recomended to do a short fast before, like a 24 hour fast. |
