| Video Discription | Hey guys! So last week I got given permission by my coach to go with flexible dieting and macro tracking for the weekend! I got sent a PR parcel from Nushfoods with a cute picnic bag full of sandwich goodies that the foodie in me was like OKAY PLEASE ALLOW ME TO MAKE SOME FUN FOOD WITH THIS!! I ended up making a macro friendly protein french toast and a massive 4 layer vegan sandwich! This was such a fun weekend, and was definitely a refreshing change from being on the same meal plan for 8 weeks with no snacks etc. I planned this weekend out with Aliaa and safe to say we made some delicious food that did fit out macros too! My body didn't react the best after this weekend since I haven't had any deviations in food for a while so it wasn't use to the variation. I'm happy to be back on my meal plan as it definitely eases my mind and it's one less thing I have to think about now.
