As you'll see in the video, the entire concept of this restaurant chain is to have little to no interaction or communication with anyboy, not fellow diners, or the staff. A very weird concept for anybody who's not Japanese, however I loved it. And the noodles and soul, wow, pleasantly surprised. Add a side of glazed fatty pork and seaweed, now we're talking. This bowl of ramen was very good. I also loved the way you can choose your desired stick strength, thickness of noodles & spiciness level.
