| Video Discription | Hey Everyone! I am now a certified group fitness instructor :) And I have a few tips on passing this exam. Steps to Passing Your Exam: 1. Start reading your ACE GFI Manual and complete your workbook. When reading your Manual read out loud and read each and every page. Make sure you understand the information before you move on. Use a highlighter to highlight super important information. 2. After reading the GFI manual read the GFI Exercise Science text book, each and every page and out loud. Also complete the study guide. Use Youtube to search the systems of the body for a better understanding....unless you are super genius lol! Google anything you do not understand, especially if you are a visual learner like myself :). Pictures of muscles came up and their exact location, function etc. It was very helpful. 3. Create flash cards with teaching strategies, learning styles, muscles, and other important information to review. Use a highlighter to highlight key words. 4. After reading your text books and completing the study guides, review review review until the day of your exam. Some days I studied hours other days I studied 1 hour...but I made sure the information stayed fresh in my mind. If you have a busy schedule or tons to do, make this course priority so that you pass!
