My travels take me to one of the oldest towns in Arizona, the little town is Florence located about an hour south-east of Phoenix. Here in Florence, Arizona you can find a classic old west or wild west cowboy gunfight in the Tunnell Saloon between Pete Gabriel and Joe Phy, walk-thru McFarland State Historic Park which features the old courtroom in Arizona. I check out the Pinal County Historical Society Museum, which is full of amazing historical items, and over 1000 books on the area. The old Mandell's Department store that served Florence, Arizona for nearly 70 years today is a fun and awesome True Value Hardware Store. The Silver King Hotel building, and the second catholic church of the assumption from 1912. The second courthouse of Florence, Arizona built-in 1891 is a three-story late victorian revival style building and was restored in 2011.
