In this video you will learn how you can get the flat stomach or the sixpack that you want faster – and therefore be in the best shape of your life and be a great role model for the vegan movement. 1. The truth about spot reduction: I remember when I had stubborn belly fat, the first thing I thought I needed to do was a lot of sit ups. Hundreds of them. Yet this didn’t work. I thought I needed to do more fancy exercises: “maybe this exercise when I lay on ball and train my abs more negative works better for a sixpack. Am I right?” After multiple failed attempts and a couple of frustrating trainings, I noticed that it doesn’t work like this. I had to realize that #1 I had way more fat than I originally thought and #2 That there’s no way around losing fat generally on your body. There’s no such thing as spot reduction. We can not ONLY reduce belly fat. It is not possible. We have to lose fat on our entire body. And yes, this includes your arms, your back or the places where you do not really want to lose weight, unfortunately. Action step: If you want to reduce your belly fat, stop seeing it as belly fat only. Instead, see it as body fat, that you have to reduce. Your goal therefore, should be to aim for vegan weight loss. 2. The facts about nutrition: The first thing that I did, when trying to lose belly fat on a vegan diet, was just exercising more. More intensively, more frequently and more determined. Next to hundreds of sit ups I also added some more cardio to my routine. “I thought that if I just sweat a little bit more I’ll get to my dream shape. Am I right? That’s how it works. Am I right?” Not quite. I had to face what I was afraid of facing – yet deep down knew I needed to face my nutrition. See, you can not outtrain a bad diet. With a likelihood of 99% right now, your diet is the issue when it comes to losing belly fat, not the lack of exercise or abs machines or another scam supplement. Action step: Stop searching for new ways to train your abs and stop falling for ‘exercise secrets’ specifically for reducing belly fat. They don’t exist. The issue is your diet, not your activity levels. Start searching for vegan meals to reduce belly fat or your body fat percentage in general. 3. The little secret about tracking. Do you want to reduce your belly fat? Do you really want to reduce your belly fat? If the answer is yes, and you’re committed to achieving your goal, you don’t want to fly blind on your journey. Too many people fly blind on their journey and then wonder – why they are NOT seeing the desired results. You need to measure your progress. You need to track your efforts. I wasted years of my life trying to reduce belly fat and flying blind on my journey. It does NOT work. There’s 2 things that you need to measure for optimal results. #1 your weight and #2 your calories. Action step: Download Cronometer. Write down what you’re eating in a day. See if you’re in a caloric deficit of 500 to 1000kcal or not. There's no such thing as a best vegan diet to lose belly fat. You must simply aim to be in a caloric deficit.. If you’re not in a deficit you should be looking to get in a deficit as soon as possible. It’s the only way you will get rid of your belly fat as a vegan. Those 3 things are what you need to know to lose your vegan belly fat/ get rid of your vegan belly. Hope you enjoyed!
