Reheat Eggs: microwave for about 3 minutes and stir after 2 minutes. ***Do not overheat. It's better to add more time to the microwave if you need to. It’s better to let salmon defrost in the refrigerator. Vacuum sealed salmon can bed defrosted in about 15 minutes or so in cold water from the tap. The water temperature will lower to freezing until the fish completely defrosts.
