| Video Discription | Dividend stocks are getting slammed lately but one cash flow investment is holding up. REITs are beating dividend stocks but only if you know where to look. I’ll reveal the real estate stocks to watch as well as one REIT paying out an 8% dividend. Dividend stocks are one of my favorite investments but they’re falling hard in this market. This is supposed to be the ‘safety’ investment but many dividend funds are underperforming the market. Real estate, another favorite investment, isn’t doing much better with the Vanguard REIT fund falling further than the S&P 500 over the last few months. That’s what I though until I looked closer though. I looked closer at the different property types in the REIT fund and some are beating the market by double digits. In fact, one REIT fund is paying an 8% dividend yield.
