Rinse and dry potatoes. In skillet on medium high heat (8) add oil and dried potatoes. Spread out potatoes and let cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir and let cook another 1-2 minutes. Add onions. Cook and stir for 2 minutes Add bell peppers. Cook and stir for 2 minutes Add seasonings. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
