| Video Discription | Quick tour of my dorm while studying abroad at Fudan for a year during the 2015 -2016 school year. I left some other things out: I lived in the sub buildings which do contain all single rooms. In each suite-styled apartment, you share the bathrooms and the open area space meant for cooking and many other needs. You have to pay for your own electricity, wifi, and hot water separately and if you want to wash your clothes, you have to go into the main building and use the washing machines on any of the floors at either ends of the building. Rooms in the main building are much larger, but cost more and fill up quickly so decide and book fast if you want to live on campus. You can choose between a double or a single. Advantage of living in the main building is that you have both a kitchen and a laundry room at both ends of majority of the floors and the convenience store on the first floor along with the staff who are "helpful" into providing you with what you may possibly need. On the first floor, there's also a lobby area on both sides of the place for people to hang out and even "study." Have any more questions? Ask away below. I also have a blog about my time there.
