| Video Discription | FINE MOTOR/DEXTERITY COORDINATION SKILLS: Gross grasp/hand strength, pre scissor skills, midline play, crossing midline, VISUAL MOTOR/PERCEPTION: pick up items with utensils, find one item from a group (figure ground) GROSS MOTOR: squat to stand to pick up food scattered on the floor, run, walk backwards, march, spin, hop to put food in container across the room COGNITIVE: counting (forward and backward,) color identification/matching, identify and match foods, sorting by color, groups etc;; SOCIAL: planning and organizing, pretend play, cooperative play, frustration tolerance, turn taking, practice trying new foods SPATIAL CONCEPTS: in/out, less/more, large /small These activities can easily be adapted for different ages and developmental levels.
