| Video Discription | Coconut jelly with blue butterfly pea flower Flower - 35 1 cup water. Boil till reduced to 1/2 cup For blue layer. 2 1/2 cup coconut water 3 tsp agar-agar powder 6 tbs sugar 1/2 cup flower water Boil till jelly dissolved. Keep aside. For Coconut milk layer 2 1/2 cup coconut water 3 tsp agar-agar powder 6 tbs sugar 1/2 cup thick coconut milk 1/2 cup young coconut strips 1 pandan leaf Pour milk layer and leave in fridge to set. Pour hot blue layer and leave to set in fridge. Repeat the process till all have been used up. Chill in fridge for 5 to 6 hours. |
