| Video Discription | Make cheesy garlic dinner rolls at home. These are the softest and fluffiest dinner rolls but with a twist. The centre of these rolls are filled with mozzarella cheese and top is slathered with garlic herb butter and Parmesan. Yum! I love easy bread recipes and this is one of them. So easy to make and tastes amazing! These will just melt in your mouth. 🔸SUBSCRIBE to my channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCchI-03VlochX6qJ9zW4t_Q 🔸Cheesy Garlic Dinner Rolls 🔸Ingredients: Flour 2 Cups Salt ¾ Tsp Sugar 1 ½ Tbsp Egg 1 Melted Butter 3 Tbsp Lukewarm Milk ½ Cup Instant Yeast 1 tbsp Melted Butter for garlic butter 1/3 Cup Chopped coriander/Parsley Garlic 4 cloves Mozzarella 1 cup Parmiggiano Reggiano 30g (for sprinkling on top) Method: In a separate bowl, mix lukewarm milk and yeast together and set it aside for a few minutes. When it starts to look foamy, then add in flour, salt, sugar, melted butter and whisked egg. Knead until it is smooth and not so sticky. Form a smooth ball and place it in an airtight container until it has doubled in size. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and spread it out a little. Then put some mozzarella cheese in the center and form smooth balls. Place the dough balls in a greased baking dish and let them sit aside for another 10-15 minutes. Finally, brush the tops of dough balls with garlic herb butter and sprinkle some Parmiggiano on top as well.
