In this video I explain the FCC rules about using a Baofeng on GMRS and what the FCC will do if you do use your Baofeng UV-5R on GMRS frequencies. Disclosure & clarification: NO FCC rules or regulations were violated in making this video. I did NOT transmit on my UV-5R on GMRS or any other frequencies while recording this video.
