After arriving in Delhi we decided to travel India's Golden Triangle: Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. We also included a couple of extra stops, and took part in the Holi festival of colour celebrations in Mathura and Varanasi, located right on the famous River Ganges. We were excited to visit Agra, home to the Taj Mahal but we were also a little apprehensive, as we expected that it wouldn't live up to the hype. One of our favourite experiences in India was doing a tiger safari in Rajastan. We love wildlife and this was an exciting opportunity to spot one of the beautiful tigers living in this region of India. After our tour around the golden triangle, we made our way north towards the Indian himalayas, where the next episode will continue..
